Assist the office in all billing requirements
Handle all customer and publisher visits
Handle management schedules and other meeting requirements
Able to interact with customers through personal interaction, telephone, or email
Create any additional reports as assigned by management
Candidate must at least have attended a college course for 2 years or equivalent working experience
Resourceful and can effectively work under pressure
Proficient in oral and written English communication and Microsoft Office
