General Job Description
The Office Manager leads and directs the administrative & human resources department to enable them to deliver a comprehensive service to the business. Oversee all aspects of office practices and processes, support business needs, and ensure proper implementation of Company strategy and objectives.
Principal Responsibilities
Human Resource Management and Development
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance.
Maintain a pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor development programs.
Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Administrative Operations and Systems
Supervise, direct, plan day to day activities to deliver administrative services.
Ensure the facility is managed and controlled effectively.
Implement general office protocol under the direction of the Management.
Ensure all operational changes are planned, communicated, and executed.
Review processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and review the Procurement and Asset Management Program.
Responsible for the operational continuity and asset preservation of all Company-owned property.
Ensure that asset management services are efficiently provided to all facilities.
Manage asset preservation projects requiring complex design or construction solutions.
Oversee general office administration, procurement/bidding/negotiating, and managing service contracts.
Participate together with other Department Heads to develop the organization’s strategies and plans to enhance existing programs and policies.
Work with the MANCOM to construct an annual business plan.
Plan budget for the department.
Plan people resourcing according to budget.
Provide financial revisions and re-forecast based on observations and relevant information.
Create, review, and update policies based on labor standards, business requirements, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance to policies through onboarding, regular orientation/cascade, and coaching.
Conduct regular Admin Audit to ensure compliance, alignment, and update on business needs.
Create, review, revise HR and Admin operational process.
Recommend improvement on processes where appropriate.
Other related duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any Behavioral Sciences.
Experience: At least 5-10 years of work experience in the related field
Work Condition
Normal office work conditions with occasional work-related travels.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent verbal and written English;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any Behavioral Sciences.
Experience: At least 5-10 years of work experience in the related field
