**Duties and Responsibilities**
1) Process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, materials, and equipment
2) Coordinate with departments concerned regarding specifications of requested items
3) Source suppliers for new and existing items to reduce cost; negotiates for the best quality and price
4) Monitor the status of delivery of ordered materials
5) Maintain records of all goods ordered and received, including copies of purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and certificates of warranty claims
6) Coordinates with suppliers for deliveries and payments
7) Ensure that all orders are paid and received in good condition
**Job Qualification**
- Vocational/College graduate
- With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible, fast learner, resourceful, with the ability to multi-task, and willing to learn
- Can work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From Php14,820.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
