Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
Assists Executive Assistants and secretaries by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.
Efficiently manages a variety of administrative duties in a company. Duties include preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and updating company records. They ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by answering telephones, bookkeeping, maintaining paper, and electronic paperwork and greeting visitors in a friendly manner.
Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
Assists office manager and executives with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
Able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
With at least six (6) months experience is REQUIRED for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling clerical tasks in the office.
Handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors
Managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Answer inquiries about company.
Helps organize office activities.
Operating office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
