**Job Summary**
Responsible for providing office management support to HR and the organization.
**What You'll Do**:
- Processes office-related requests based on the service level agreement (SLA).
- Conducts daily inspection of the office to ensure it is free from defects, leaks, or any downtime.
- Ensures non-IT assets and office furniture are functional and safe for use
- Coordinates with the building admin for issues and safety measures.
- Assists in the implementation of employee engagement activities.
- Performing other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Head.
**Must-Haves**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- With at least 2yrs working experience in procurement or facilities management.
- Proficient with MS Applications and GSuite.
- Detail-oriented and can multitask.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking with different level of organization.
- Can start immediately.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
