As the Office Administrator, your role is to ensure the smooth running of our company’s office and contribute in driving sustainable growth.The administrative duties include: travel management, preparing purchase orders, coordinating a full range of meetings and events, overseeing guest experience, ensure office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment.You will also provide support to the HR function (requires handling of confidential information), be the contact person for government agencies such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and DOLE, and handle external workers such as the receptionist, cleaning lady and messenger.The ideal candidate will be someone self-motivated, trustworthy, dedicated, competent in prioritizing and works well with little supervision.
Requirements for the position include:Diploma in office administration or relevant fieldProven experience in office administration, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasksAbility to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detailFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles (experience working with budgets is a plus)Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeExperience with SAP and/or SRM is a plusProven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environmentComfortable working with ambiguity and resourceful to find solutions on your own
