Responsibilities:
Assist in marketing, business development, client pitching, and execution of assignment/projects
Design and creation of management presentations and marketing materials
Construct financial models, company valuations and merger and acquisition transaction comparisons based on research findings and client analysis
Assist in the preparation of offering memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentations
Assist in researching potential buyers/investors and following market trends
Gather industry, regulatory and economic information, company financial statements, periodicals and publications in order to extract relevant data on financial histories for the forecasting of future potentials
Support due diligence processes
Assist the project team in managing day-to-day logistics pf project execution
Such other customary duties as assigned from time to time by more senior investment bankers
Required Skills & Experience
Results driven and able to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
Strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data.
Proven team player who is able to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clients
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong Microsoft Office suite (Excel a must) and financial reporting skills
Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is strongly desired
