Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Executive ensures achievement of organization sales targets through direct/indirect product engagement and influence on customers. The successful candidate also covers all aspects of sales, including strategic and product presentation, contract management and sales support.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Analyze market trends and demonstrate advanced sales knowledge
Take initiatives in customer retention and satisfaction by fulfilling the needs of existing customers and addressing their complaints
Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize sales development
Conduct prospect end user sales interviews and present the appropriate Berlitz solution
Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed
Develop solid working relationships and collaborate with other Berlitz business units to facilitate better delivery and sales opportunities
Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end user interviews, sales, companies and contacts

QualificationQUALIFICATIONS AND RELATED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
5 or more years of sales experience preferably in a similar industry

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Positive attitude and high level of motivation
Willing to work on a Saturday
