Project Management Officer

Job Description:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Develop, screen and curate project resources and network. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. Strategize and develop quality assurance measure applicable to projects and resources. Help prepare budgets. Analyze risks and opportunities. Oversee project procurement management. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality checks. Develop metrics for quality checks. Implement quality metrics as agreed on. Layout documents according to the source document Negotiating and communicating key milestones changes with the overall project/program manager Minimum Qualifications:
Obsessed with process improvement and process details. Excellent attention to detail. Efficient problem solver. Experience in Data collection. Coordinate Projects Community Management Onboarding and interviewing linguists Able to manage concurrent projects and handle changing priorities Proficient reporting skill related to daily issues and obstacles on the project site Able to deliver well-structured communication both orally, in writing or through the delivery of presentations. Focused and Organized Able to work independently or as part of a team Able to work in tight timelines and under pressure Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn and apply new things quickly in an ever-changing environment and have a positive attitude towards change Good communication skill, both written and verbal Proficient in English, both written and verbal
