Senior Business Analyst (It)

Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst at goFLUENT, you will drive how we Accelerate Language Learning for millions of people around the world. You will define product specifications that deliver the vision of the Product and Business teams.


Key Responsibilities: Analyze the business needs and workflows working closely together with business teams across the world and of different departments product owners Get an understanding of how teams work together and how they exchange information Challenge business people/ product owners regarding their needs Try to optimize workflows Develop detailed, crisp specifications, business concepts and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each feature and application Share Product Ownership responsibility with the different business Product Owners. Under leadership of Project Manager, collaborate with UI/UX and software architect teams to deliver products to market This job is inherently cross-functional and a successful candidate should be able to work with various groups and bring alignment quickly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline 7+ years of experience with complex business analysis on software platform products for B2B customers Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Experience with complex product development cycles and software development schedules Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
