Accounts Payable Staff

Job Description:
Prepare and encode checks by matching purchase orders to invoices Reviews invoices for proper documentation prior to check preparation. Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve before processing. Reconciles with the suppliers/contractors as needed. Resolves suppliers / contractors complaints or inquiries. Handles the safekeeping of records such as check vouchers and other financial documents Provide backup and perform various department task in support of other colleagues Does bank transactions and other errands Perform other duties as required from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Accounts Payable or Inventory With analytical and problem solving skills Team player with good interpersonal skills Organized and keen to details Hardworking with sense of meeting deadlines Can maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Can drive motorcycle (With Valid Driver's License) FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!!!
