Job Description:
The HR Specialist shall work closely with the Labor and Employee Relations Team in handling all human relations, labor relations, and other labor-related concerns.


Tasks include: Drafting of memorandun, notice to explain, and notice of decision Issuance of memo and notice to explain Investigate administrative cases and conduct administrative hearings Track, organize, and review records, reports, and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Laws Ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of HR experience in handling employee relations and labor relations Extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines Above-average judgment and decision making skills Strong problem solving skills Above-average communication skills, both verbal and written High comfort level in using MS Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent Google programs (GSlides, GSheets, etc.) Tech savy; experinece in using online project management applications preferred Prior experience in handling disciplinary actions for employees is a MUST Experience in drafting memo, notice to explain, and other labor-related documents Willing to work in Makati
