Job Description:
Receive and manage customer messages in a timely manner. Respond to general inquiries by providing product and service information. Facilitate handling of inbound messages and coordinate with internal departments and resources regarding relevant client concerns, leads, and inquiries. Deliver superior customer service to clients and building customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet quality expectations to ensure a positive client experience. Evaluate and resolve or negotiate “win-win” solutions to client issues directly or by consulting with appropriate resources. Document, track and report significant client/advisor discussions or complaints. Generate and prepare reports required by Operations Manager. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably with related experience in customer service. Exceptional communication and interpersonal relation skills. Able to communicate and listen effectively; Capability and willingness to learn quickly and change procedures to fit an ever evolving operation process. Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized; Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure; Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral. Initiative, Pro-active, and Self-driven. On-the-spot problem solving. Working in rapidly-growing organizations, technology companies or start-ups is an advantage. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications and Cloud-based Applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs). Knowledge in using Airtable is a plus.
