Job Description:
Analyzing and forecasting potential sales, using marketing strategies, and assembling marketing campaigns Improve the generation of sales through excellent customer service Properly and effectively communicating the value of the products to customers Meeting or exceeding sales goals as given by immediate superior Following and maintaining company standards in terms of marketing and sales Counsel prospective enrollees on the courses appropriate to their experiences, background, and requirements vis-à-vis targeted quotas. Conducts outdoor promotions such as exhibition and seminars. Suggests new ideas and strategy, improve sales. Develops action plan for less popular courses. Does telemarketing, conducts follow-ups, arranges for appointments, and updates clients on the latest course information. Collect account receivables. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and Emails Makes recommendations on client preferred courses and schedules to the Course Administrator. Performs after-sales support to ensure good customer service delivery and achieve customer loyalty. Experience in developing leads & researching potential clients Strong negotiating and selling skills. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies, Marketing, Management, Advertising/Media, Education/Teaching/Training, Mass Communications or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino Preferably 2 yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Superb relationship-building skills. Customer-oriented and patient.
