Through a single connection, the Ariba Network provides organizations with the capabilities they need to ensure seamless transactions, strengthen existing buyer-supplier relationships, find new business opportunities, and generate bottomline savings—allowing them to realize true e-Commerce success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Network Collections Analyst assists in the collection aspects of the Ariba Network, including:Maintaining strong customer focus alwaysDirect interaction with customers to drive the collection of outstanding receivablesEffective problem solving of customer inquiries as it relates to payment of outstanding receivablesCreation and distribution of dunning letters to customers in a prompt and accurate mannerInvestigate billing discrepancies and respond to external queries through Dispute CasesManage accounts receivable portfolioHandle and coordinate customer’s disputes regarding contract, terms, billing, implementation and cash collectionsProcess write offs and refundsMaintain and manage customer data & pricing information on billing system & CRMNegotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customersDaily banking and regular cash uploadsMonthly billing review and investigate A/R impairmentsEscalate to management team any problem that holds the collection process to flowUpdate reports and send the statement of accounts customerSupport the training of new team membersMonitor open dispute cases and analyze and investigate dispute cases to avoid complaints in futureFollow SAP processes and use application tools available in ISP
