Job Description: Provide after-sales customer service and technical support to customers
Handle customer requests with patience and professionalism
Maintain required repair quality standards for all technical calls
Update customers on progress of their cases regularly

Requirement:
Filipino, at least 18 years old
High School graduate; Senior High School graduate; College graduate or undergraduate; Associate Degree holder
Wth at least 6 months technical support experience (BPO industry)
Good to excellent troubleshooting skills
Highly conversant in English
Willing to be assigned in Pasig and work on shifting schedule
