• Willing to take calls and send emails
• Willing to work in BGC Taguig

Responsibilities:
• Help Chinese get a quotation for a particular car parts
• Schedule a test drive with Chinese Customer
• Assist customers in shopping car parts
• Assist customers regarding their inquiries about payment estimator
• Contact German Car Account head office for escalations
• Help customers with their navigation reports
• Check dealer locations for customer recommendation
