Software Specialist (Implementation)

We are expanding our software support team and will be supporting UK, US, APAC, EMEA!
Key Accountabilities:
Completing project tasks to meet project deadlines
Software product customization/configuration
Understanding technical specifications to develop solutions for client requirements
Develop and test plan/cases based on technical specification/requirements traceability matrix
Run test cases and record results
Resolving client-raised technical issues and technical bugs
Interacting with clients and internal staff through web forms, emails and phone calls
Maintain good customer relationship to ensure client satisfaction
Skills & Experience:
MSSQL Server Knowledge (Database Management, T-SQL Knowledge)
SQL scripting skills - Views, Stored Procedures SSIS and SSRS
Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Windows remote desktop familiarity
Data mapping conversion
Testing experience (including following test plans and drafting test cases)
Basic OOP knowledge to a standard that would enable bug fixing
Knowledge and experience in Regression Testing
Soft Skills:
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
High energy to meet or exceed client expectations
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
You must also be able to debug and troubleshoot
