Warehouse Assistant - Cavite

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY:
Receives, unpacks, checks and stores materials, tools, equipment deliveries
Stores items received according to storage plans
Ensures that deliveries and stocks are in good condition
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual
stock count to computer-generated reports
Closely works with purchasing for maintaining safety stocks level
Processes and documents returns
Performs routine clerical duties, including recording, filing, report generations and assisting internal customers of inventory inquiries
Operates and maintains forklifts, weighing scales and other equipment in the warehouse
Prepares receiving and issuance reports and submits to supervisor
Issues materials, wastes, tools and equipment as per material requisition and waste requisition
Adheres to CTC S/H/E standards
Performs all other duties as may be assigned
