At least 3 years experience in an HR Department
Must be adept at problem solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment:
In-charge of end-to-end recruitment process. Coordinates with concerned Department heads for final interview and trade test (skills) before acceptance of applicants.
Initiates recruitment of personnel within the company using bulletin boards, and outside the company thru online advertisements, social media, and other institutions (universities, vocational schools, etc.)
Conduct screening, interview, and background check of all applicants.
Coordinates with the Department Manager for second or final interview.
Assist the Department Head on training schedules and job orientation of new applicants; facilitate trainings to equip the new applicants with the necessary skills.
Prepares letter of appointment for accepted and qualified applicants.
Human Resource:
Creates, renews, files, and updates all employment contracts (contractual and piece rate)
Issues and updates employee’s ID card
Conducts orientation and implementation of company rules and regulations for all employees
Prepare memos and notices for employee’s violations
Updatses employee’s record
Updates all employee Evaluations, ensures KPIs are properly evaluated as objectively as possible
Studies and recommends appraisal or salary increase based on good performance in Evaluation Records, and makes appropriate proposal to the VP executive or VP operations for approval
Monitors the attendance of all Sales and Marketing employees
Monitor the charges on the notebooks/logbooks/loans
Looks after the safety and welfare of all the employees
Salary/Paymaster:
Computes the Monthly salary of employees
Computes the Weekly salary of employees
Computes government benefits (SSS/philhealth/Pag-ibig), payroll, 1601c, 1601e
Encodes BSI “WEEKLY” for the basis of pakyaw salary
In-charge of releasing the MONTHLY salary for stay-in and WEEKLY employees
Make sure that allowances and salaries are paid on time
