DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility is to implement proper merchandising and ensure proper display of products; Implement correct facing, blocking, rotation, and FIFO (first in first out)
Secondary responsibility is to promote, push selling, and introduce products to customers, especially new products and promo items
Completely and accurately fills up the Inventory Control Forms; monitor Min-Max levels, check product expiry to minimize BO and returns
Receive stocks upon delivery and makes sure that all stocks are displayed immediately
Coordinates with the refiller or supervisor in charge (SIC) for stock replenishment
Coordinates with Salesman for booking and delivery of orders
Submit DTR and Inventory Control Forms to HR Department for computation of compensation
Reports any concerns to the Salesman
