Restaurant Server

Conduct all opening, closing, and operating procedures as per Toby’s Estate Standard
1. Operating Procedures for the outlet assigned.
2. Ensure and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout shift.
3. Provide efficient and effective service of all menu items to the required standard of presentation.
4. Replenish items needed for service as necessary.
5. Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Customer Service
1. Provide excellent customer service to our guests while complying with the service standards.
2. Assist guests by helping them select their orders, answering their questions, making recommendations based on their preferences, informing them of marketing promos
and discounts applicable to them, taking their orders, and upselling other products appropriately.
3. Deliver guests’ orders and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
4. Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with their orders and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
5. Effectively manage customer complaints and inform direct superiors when necessary.
Others
1. Assist the steward in dishwashing and wiping.
2. Assist in receiving and storing delivered items.
3. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
