Requirements:
• Candidate must posses a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage
• Preferably with experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
• Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing support and assistance to projects
• Handle installation of various electronic security systems as may be assigned, including but not limited to CCTV, Intercom, and Fire Alarm
• Carry out roughing-ins, conduiting, cabling, installation, termination, testing and commissioning
• Produce additional documents, as may be instructed, for project documentation
• Conduct basic training to end-users regarding the operation of security system installed
