JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Specialist will do end-to-end quality recruitment to help our team scale faster.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Carries out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
• Creatively reaches out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs..
• Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year Recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
