Support IT Application Laise with vendor or system support for issues on application Perform the testing for any bug fix or improvements Perform the Regulatory activity Monitoring and close ticket assigned to apps team Analyze the process and improvements Perform system development / programming Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor Degree from Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related Have knowledge in support user on Application Good analytical skill Having basic programming, database, and IT Infrastucture (Server, Network, Firewall, Security) knowledge Familiar with Banking Application and database (SAS, SQL Server, Oracle, etc) Proficient in English both verbal & written Willing and able to work in team and in shift by 24/7
