Responsibilities: Handles a team of agents Monitors and improves individual and team performance Drives the team members to meet the account-specific KPIs Provides action plans for each team member in order to improve performance Manages the retention of agents and minimizes or addresses attrition of team members Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO set up 10 full-time positions Must pass 85% of KPI’s in the last 3 months Must be flexible in terms of work schedule and coming in on weekends and holidays Skills: Possesses good leadership skills Excellent communication skills Ability to create action plans in order to improve business practices Ability to manage a team of more than 10 agents Ability to navigate various tools Above average interpersonal and written communication skills Pre-employment documents that you'll need to start ASAP: NBI Clearance (Original Copy) SSS ID (Photocopy)/ E1 Form/ SSS Online Print-out Transcript of Records/ True Copy of Grades
