Sales Outsourcing (Account Management, Distribution Management, eCommerce Startup and Management, Store Audits, Visual Merchandising) Marketing Outsourcing (Campaign Execution, Trade Marketing Execution, Digital Marketing Services) As Sales & Marketing Services Head, an employee will be tasked to head our SMS division, leading a team of more than 10 people. The JD is as follows:


MANAGEMENT - Day-to-day operations related to the implementation of all projects and servicing of all clients CLIENT FACING - Managing client expectations, updates, and all client-related concerns ADMINISTRATION - Ensuring all administrative requirements such as sales recording and routing of all sales to the Finance department are done; helping the Finance department with all collections BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Developing new products and services related to Sales & Marketing outsourcing TEAM LEADERSHIP - Overseeing the personal development plans of all team members, and ensuring compliance with BSP core values (EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY, MALASAKIT) Minimum Qualifications:
Previous BRAND or TRADE MARKETING MANAGERS from FMCG companies preferred With experience and working knowledge of DIGITAL MARKETING and eCOMMERCE Strong analytical and planning skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
