Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing compensation and benefits program of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws.


Further to this, details of the job description are as follows:


Administer various employee benefit programs. Enter benefit enrollment changes, updates and terminations in HRIS. Provides, renews and maintains employee mobile accounts to ensure each employee is provided with a mobile phone and sim card. Ensures that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding health benefit. Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options. Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures. Assist in planning and implementing employee incentive and retention programs. Resolve conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims. Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters. Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Human Resource Management and/or BS Psychology Can communicate effectively with different kinds of people With high attention to details and can keep up with fast paced environment Basic knowledge of Labor Laws Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills Computer literacy (MS office, in particular) Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
