Treasury Supervisor

Job Description:
Job Role: Reporting to the AVP for Treasury Branch Operations, the Treasury Supervisor will be responsible in ensuring the compliance of Joint Venture companies/stores to Treasury policies and procedures and assist in Treasury System integration of new Joint Venture stores.


Job Location: Corporate Office – Pasay City


Responsibilities: Regular visit to all Joint Venture stores to conduct audit/ cash count of Treasury Funds Checks compliance of Joint Venture stores and ensures alignment to Treasury policies and procedures Assists new Joint Venture companies/ stores for efficient integration of systems and processes Assists in effective collaboration across departments for aligned financial management systems Assist the AVP – Treasury Operations in preparation of reports and other related store opening coordination Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Key Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communications skills Results-oriented and ability to function in a team environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office Education and Experience Graduate of any 4-year business course Preferably with at least 2 years experience in the related field
