Job Description:
Primarily responsible for generating sales of UGC products through selling activities, promotional visits, customer liaison and servicing of prospective and existing customers and at the same time handles and oversees the operation of assigned area of responsibility; Evaluates the performance of Sales Personnel in the area; Cascades and executes the directions coming from management; Formulates or suggests strategies on attaining target volumes and contribution margins; Monitors the daily actvities of each selling personnel; Generate Sales of assigned and developed accounts; Conducts regular market audit; Consolidate weekly and monthly reports; Conducts plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and do Safety Observations; Ensures the effective implementation of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety (QEHS) management systems and dissemination of the policies abd objectives thereat to personnel within his/her area of responsiblity. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4 year College Course preferably Engineering or Business Related; Skills on Basic Marketing Principle and Selling Process; Knows how to handle customers inquiries, follow-ups and complaints; Knows how to handle people if they are encountering problems/concerns; Computer Literate and must know how to drive company assigned vehicles; 3-4 years experience in People Management; Experience in the Construction Industry is an advantage; Quantitative Analysis; Decision Making; Supervision; Coach; Mentor; Motivator; Self-Motivated; Value Integrity.
