Marketing Assistant

· Review and answer email account and check proposal letters and other important incoming and outgoing emails.· Review and answer Facebook messenger (opt.)· Process all management Purchase Request Form (PRF), Materials Assets Requisition Form (MARF), Job Order Form and other necessary forms (with approvals).· Facilitate and monitor all on-ground and sales department events (Roadshow, 3Day Sale, Exhibit, 2nd Area, Sponsorships, Flyering etc…)· Filling all marketing related documents in a daily basis.· Inventory of all marketing materials and equipment.· Inventory of all XTREME MAGIC SING demo-units.· Keeping all marketing materials and equipment in good conditions (all working).· Process DTI permit.· Process Intellectual Property Office (IPO) / Trademark application.· Answering all ads and promotions inquiries from other department the soonest possible time.· Marketing Graduate or any business course related to Marketing· With good communication skills and computer literate· Can work under minimal supervision· Willing to work along San Juan City area.
