It Lead/ Facilities Personnel

Job Description:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computers systems and networks Respond to timely manner to service issues and requests Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Ensure all network and system are always up Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software and hardware faults Keep office facilities in good or better condition. Report and resolve (if possible) irregularities that may affect the working condition of employees. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field Preferably 2 years and up experienced employees specialized in IT/Computer, Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent Participate in team projects that enhance the quality and efficiency of IT systems Hands-on IT equipment and software experience Network (Router/Firewall, Switches, VPN) understanding and experience are expected Windows AD, Office 365, good level of server knowledge (VMs) is required Experience on current network operating systems Comprehensive knowledge on LAN/System maintenance and Implementation Broad knowledge in maintenance of hardware (Desktop, Laptop, printer etc) Proactive in the introduction of IT-related solution to everyday activities of the company Knowledge and experience in PABX, structured cabling Can execute multitasking assignments and can work in extended hours Team player, passionate and strong interpersonal skill Good communication and documentation skills As part of the Facilities team and in-charge of a sub-unit, he needs to be physically fit, best if he has knowledge in basic repairs, electrical and maintenance works as some situations will require him being hands-on. Good analytical and problem-solving skills Resourceful as he needs to be able to work with a limited budget and tools Good communicator Knowing what he and his workplace need will allow Facilities team to provide the assistance he needs Has a positive outlook and is hard-working Can work with minimum supervision Observant in the workplace The applicant must be willing to work from Thursday to Monday Shift schedule will be most likely graveyard The person must be willing to work alone
