Job Description:
Implements end-to-end hiring process; Assists in payroll processing; Assists in the implementation of training and development programs; Maintains physical and/or digital records of the company, its employees, clients, suppliers and others; Processes employee benefits including government mandatory contributions; Provides the needed documents for Supplier Accreditation and other client related requests; Ensures availability of company requirements such as office equipment, materials and supplies, etc; Creates and updates all admin related processes including but not limited to the following; Acctg, HR and Purchasing; Manages inventory of Fixed Assets; Assists in monitoring compliance to the established processes; and Reports to the HR / Admin Officer Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent Good understanding of the HR and Administrative processes Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Solid problem solving and team management abilities Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus Driven, passionate, self-motivated and can work with minimum supervision
