Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible to provide essential support projects such as but not limited to administrative duties, project progress monitoring, organization of meetings, document maintenance and reporting.


File all project documents in appropriate database or library and ensure that all documents are accurate have been accepted by immediate superior. Closely watch the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task, check regularly that every deadline is still possible, and report any potential delays to the project officer. Collect and analyze data and prepare timely and relevant project reports Implement and review the major and minor projects. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate of Management or any related course; Experience in Project Management and Project Coordination; Manage daily correspondence; Provide accurate and timely data entry and word processing services Contribute to the maintenance and supply of office equipment and materials; Assist with all aspects of client records management; Attend project related meetings and information session; Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Paranaque Site-Okada.
