Job Description:
Handle outbound and inbound calls from airline clients. Accurately provide information and record all accounts handled. Strictly adhere to the Hotel's policies and customer service procedures. Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high quality product. Verify flight information and passenger documentation. Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departure. Minimum Qualifications:
GDS experience is an advantage. Average to good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc. Average to advanced written and spoken English Preferably Filipino. Amenable to shifting schedules, inlcuding night shifts.
