The role will be responsible for ensuring that transactions have been properly accounted for and accurately reflected, recorded and accounted.
We’re a fast-moving business so change is frequent and volumes will continue to grow, you’ll be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and have excellent communication skills.
What you'll do...
Administration over Australian Employee Corporate Credit Cards including expense reporting review, reconciliation, reporting, record storage and responses to general queries
Ownership of the Company’s Software tools Management including, maintenance of a live
Register, review of subscriptions requests, subscriptions costs analysis, accruals and reporting
Reconciliation and reporting of travel expenses through credit card and various travel booking platforms feeding into the accounting system. Including uber/on-ground transport and international and domestic flight and accommodation spend
Employee Expense management and reconciliation for German and US companies
Preparation of various month-end accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting in month-end and year-end Financial Closing
Assisting with ad hoc queries within the business or by auditors

A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
2-3+ years experience in General Accounting with bank reconciliation background
Knowledge in NetSuite Oneworld or any related ERP tool
Advanced Excel skills are desirable
Keen eye for detail
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural background
