Job Description: We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Finance Manager that will provide the company with flawless financial transactions, generate reports from the gathered information, implement detailed plans for better cash flow allocations, and suggest insights to influence financial decisions of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in business planning and provide sound financial decisions to the executive department.
Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support.
Record and review all financial transactions and encode data to various accounting software such as Xero and other cloud-based systems.
Manage the balance sheet and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with strategic analysis.
Maintain records and launch reports on invoices, receipts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial statements.
Assist in the budget preparation and cost allocation for an effective and more sustainable income flow.
Verify authorized transactions and ensure accurate and fast payment to all sales invoice, as well as credit-debit card and bank transfers.
Issue invoices to clients and financial statements
Reconcile payroll, bank transactions, and general ledger accounts promptly.
Monitor debt levels and compliant with debt covenants.
Maintain the petty cash fund and properly allocate expense claims and reimbursements.
Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
Perform other tasks as required by the client and the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 to 2 years working experience in bookkeeping and auditing
Related experience in financial analysis, management reporting and consolidation
Knowledgeable with statutory and regulatory reporting and taxes
Experience working with Xero, MS Financials, QuickBooks or SAP is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a highly-organized manner
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree
