ACCOUNTABILITIES:This position is responsible in monitoring inventory movements between the business and third party companies.Validate movements scheduled in inventory tracking system against actual movements in System Applications (SAP)Perform end of month exchange reconciliationReports discrepancies to Control Accountant/Team Lead as soon as identifiedOperate assigned scope in the area of Contracts & Pricing, Hydrocarbon Management Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation with embedded controls/SOAR analysis and focal point rolesGive input to the issue resolution in the team; take over identified actions and different type of requests from stakeholders assigned by Team Manager/SpecialistContribute to effective KPIs analysis by indicating root causes, implementing and monitoring improvement plans; present results from own area of accountability to different parties within Hydrocarbon organization and BusinessProactively raise issues to Specialist/TM to be discussed with Pillar Owner, Process Experts and GRA to drive operational excellence and effective Control FrameworkUse Huddles/Meetings to raise concerns and issues, provide supporting documentation/information to Specialist/Team Manager and different stakeholdersProvide information and explain all the concerns on the process/Control Framework to internal and external auditors sAble to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplificationRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Experience in General Accounting, Inventory, Invoice processing and use of accounting software is preferred
Certified Public Accountant preferred for experienced applicants
Good command in English both oral and written
Willing to work on night shift and be based in Makati City
