RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary:
The Management Reporting Analyst will be responsible for gathering financial and operational data from different departments and analyzing said data to produce reports that will help managers make business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather data, either from Kidzoft, SAP or the concerned department, that will aid in measuring Key Performance Indicators to address daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements of Central Government
Assist in the monitoring of actual expenses on a cost center or profit center level.
Assist the CFO in ensuring that targets within the Metropolitan are met (revenue and expense)
Assist the Financial Planning Associate in the preparation of budgets and rolling weekly forecasts.
Prepare weekly and monthly Profit and Loss reports, Trade Profit and Loss reports, and Budget versus Actuals reports of all promos and events.
Assist in business case preparation for new initiatives of the Trade and Tourism departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Accounting Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. CPA preferred but not required.
At least 2 years previous work-related experience required.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. Experience in accounting or reporting softwares preferred but not required.
Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
