Job Description:
Obtain possible customer leads. Maintain and improve quality results by:
Adhering to standards and guidelines. Recommending improved procedures. Establish policies by entering client information and confirming pricing. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets. Obtain client information by:
Answering telephone calls. Interviewing clients. Verifying information. Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
Day shift is also available.
