Job Description:
Participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language. Determine requirements by working with customers. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required. Previous technical background is also a plus.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation. Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
Day shift is also available.
