Job Description
The purpose of this role is to satisfy clients and build loyalty and to assist the Sales Engineers in processing data information.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting, processing data information, establishing entry priorities through ERP system;
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution;
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures;
combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete;
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree or Vocational course in typing & encoding or any related course;
Organization, Typing & Encoding, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making,
With excellent Customer Service Skills
Though & Strong Personality;
With Excellent typing skills;
Can work Under pressure.
