Job Description
Driving growth in the business by managing the Subsidies and Incentives budget, targeting campaigns and actions oriented to performance in the customer acquisition funnelPlan and execute A/B tests for identifying better ways of driving customer and revenue growthPlan and execute regular campaigns to drive conversions and engagementIdentify, build and implement customer segmentation strategies focused on conversion and ROI.Directly ownership on Traffic generation to the platformLead quantitative and qualitative insights, including key inputs and reporting, monitoring growth trends, and measuring all marketing campaigns.Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, marketing, product, and engineering.

The Successful Applicant
1-2 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or 2-3 years in performance marketing/growth teams in tech companiesExperience in e-commerce, hyper-growth stage company is a plus.Strong interest in the food delivery market and marketing.AnalyticalAbility to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Working knowledge and experience writing queries using MySQL and using visualization tools like Tableau.
