Delivering quality and engaging education in scale requires teaching and operational workforce that embrace a growth mindset every day. IQ Recruiters will be searching and recruiting the people that will help us deliver the best educational service possible. We are looking for A+ players having the ability to get it done. You will be required to:


Search and sort candidates through IQ’s recruitment channels including job sites, referrals, and social media Coordinate interview with Users and Hiring Managers and ensure interview documentation Communicate candidates on hiring decision and coordinate new hires to prepare for their first day Follow up with new-hire during their probation months to ensure proper employee induction and initiation. A potential match must be able to creatively apply new technologies and media to enhance operational excellence in the delivery of quality education for kids. Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource Management (in Recruitment preferred) Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills HR experience in the educational field is an asset Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both oral and written Soft Skills Energy / Sense of Humor Comfortable with the English Language Great Communicator Be Gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done Have a Growth mindset Smart with Humility Snapshot of the Role Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Nationality: Any Start date: Ongoing Recruitment Reporting to: HR Manager Compensation: a competitive all-in salary
