Position will report to Chief Communications Officer or Group Corporate Communications Head.
Duties and Responsibilities:Supervises and evaluates work flow for email, intranet, and print media employee communication needs to achieve the outcome expected to meet deadlines and internal goals.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of corporate email communication platform and company intranet site, including but not limited to O365’s Outlook, SharePoint, Yammer, and One Drive platforms or equivalent.
Supports employee engagement function of the department as point of contact. Assists in the development of employee messaging and engagement plans. Collaborates with Human Resources and Organizational Development professionals in the organization.
Serves as an expert for internal / employee communcations personnel supervised, as applicable. May monitor performance of staff members according to expectation such as meetings, deadlines, and contributions.
Must have:Degree in literary arts or communications or equivalent experience.
Expert level knowledge of organizational messaging and communications concepts, practices, procedures and techniques.
Proficient Mac or PC skills, O365, and digital media CMS.
Core competencies (required): organizational agility and planning.
Technical competencies (required): interactive communications, writing & editing, research, promotion & event planning, internal communications, vendor management, production & project management.
Nice to have:Technical comptencies (a plus): archive management.
Employee engagement experience, a plus.
Responsible for internal / employee messaging needs of the organization and providing expertise for employee engagement strategy which includes: promulgating the company’s values and culture through employee messaging tools and employee publications.
