Develop, establish, monitor, and maintain Systems used to Data Analytics with Operations Support.
Ensure that All data feeds to the different business intelligence software efficiently.
Maintain and develop Dashboards for operational Personnel.
Monitor, Train, coach Operational Data Analysts, and ensure that comply with company policies.
Promote a challenging environment amongst Data Analysts for a continuous improvement.
Implementing New technologies on the fields Machine learning, and Data Analytics.
Collaborate and share information with Data Analytics Managers from other Business Units to improve and introduce state-of-the-art Data analytics and machine learning improvements.
Qualifications:
College graduate of any course related to Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
Must have experience in Data Analytics, Business Interlligence, High-performance algorithms, etc.
Must have experience in using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik and with Python, R, or Match Lab.
Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and develop a Data Science team at Cebu Pacific.
Willing to work in Pasay city.
