Sales Coordinator

Candidates must posses a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or other related course;
Acts as Project Sales Department Document Controller;
Assists in the preparation of Monthly Sales Reports and KPI for review and recommendations well as all other reports that will help monitor achievement of Sales Targets;
Prepare Monthly Sales Reports to be submitted to the Head;
Conducts ERP/SO Related Monitoring:
Coordinates status of Work Order;
Monitors delivery status of Sales Order;
Coordinates RR Processing;
Assists in Collection related activities;
Keeps and updates all Sales Department Files and Records;
Flexible, Independent, Can work with minimal supervision in a fast-phased environment;
