Impact Partnerships Manager

Job Description:
Develop, build, manage and strengthen relationships with local and international foundations aimed at furthering educational opportunities and access in the Philippines Prospect and coordinate with members of the Impact Team for new potential foundation partnerships Oversee the partnership process at each stage from lead generation to close to after-partnership servicing and reporting Lead implementation efforts that stem from partnership ranging from large-scale launch events to career-readiness seminars Develop analytical reports for foundations throughout duration of the partnership demonstrating the impact of the project Benefits Working in a high-energy dynamic environment of ~65 driven young professionals Working with an engaging team that’s passionate about making an impact on education in the Philippines Strong and expert mentorship in Impact/Development field Exposure to foundation landscape in the Philippines Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree At least 2-4 years of client-facing experience or prior work in account management Strong project management skills Strong communication (both external and internal) and organizational skills Experience working with foundations or NGOs (preferred) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once Ability to work independently and without supervision Engaging personality
