They gather financial, legal, accounting and other documents.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree holder in HR related course.With at least 3-5 years’ experience in the same field.Possesses advanced analytical and decision-making skills with strong background in market data analysis, compensation program design and developmentHighly proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to research and handle professionally and discretely extremely confidential informationExperience working with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar enterprise HR management systemsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working on an international scale and in virtual teams is a plus
