The opportunity:
You will manage a group of functional RTR team(s) comprised of supervisor, lead, senior and intermediate accountants performing basic and advance accounting and bookkeeping activities, such as preparing and posting entries to general ledger, account reconciliations, report preparations, and closing activities.
You are great at:
You will manage a function or group of accounting functions assigned.You will provide management advisory in resolving various issues and requests.You will monitor issues and resolve medium to complex problems.You will support the Director in various closing activities and reporting and ad-hoc tasks.You will attend periodic calls for corporate accounting/ consolidation and closing activities.You will provide support to controllers for audit requests and various requirements.You will review compliance to applicable SOPs, GAAP, and company policies.You will review and sign-off journal entries and account reconciliations.You will support and manage employee engagements and address team-members immediate concerns.
What it takes:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Business or Finance related coursesPreferably with at least 6 years of Finance and Accounting experience as a People Manager (Managerial level) in a Shared Service or BPO environment.Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience in SAP is preferredCPA preferredAdept knowledge in MS Excel, Macro function knowledge is an advantage.Open to work on either APJ or EMEA business hours.
